Normans supports the entire process, providing a seamless pathway from port to warehouse to market.

Imported containers can be received (devanned) and processed through our MPI-approved Transitional Facilities, allowing goods to move seamlessly from port arrival into storage and distribution.

Through our 3PL logistics services, we can also support brands with warehousing, inventory handling, and nationwide distribution — helping businesses manage their New Zealand supply chain efficiently.

MPI-APPROVED FOOD-GRADE STORAGE

Food-grade logistics and storage require strict standards to ensure compliance, biosecurity, and market access. At Normans, we provide MPI-approved food-grade ambient storage for consumer goods, supporting import and export supply chains for both domestic and international brands in New Zealand.

PURPOSE-BUILT, COMPLIANT FACILITIES

We operate three purpose-built ambient storage facilities approved by the Ministry for Primary Industries (MPI). All sites operate under a comprehensive Risk Management Programme (RMP) with multiple country- and product-specific approvals, making them suitable for imported, export, and domestic goods.

Our facilities are rigorously maintained through robust pest management, housekeeping, and compliance programmes.

Within the scope of our RMP, we are approved to transport, store, and distribute:

• Dairy products including infant formula for both domestic and international markets
• Dairy products eligible for export to EU, GB, EEU and Brazilian markets 
• Food-grade packaging, including multiwall bags and cans
• Honey products, including export to EU
• Other approved food and consumer goods
